When not running around in the woods with earbuds and a trench coat, Allie Lynn writes upper YA and NA fiction to heal the survivor’s heart and nonfiction articles on being horse crazy without horses and her observations of the publishing world. She has been published by Havok as well as guest-posting for other authors such as Susan K. Marlow. She won ACFW’s First Impressions contest in 2023 and placed finalist in their Genesis contest in 2024, and lives somewhere in the Midwest on a homestead with little plants and lots of animals.

As an indie published author, I’ll have two different imprints: Equine on the Mind for younger YA and MG, and Fáinne an Lae Press (pronounced Fan-yah Ahn Lay) for the 16+ stuff. Fáinne an Lae means “the breaking of dawn” or “the dawning of day” in Irish Gaelic– the perfect phrase to describe the kind of mature stories I write. <3
